Dr. Maura Connolly Anderson
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Maura Connolly Anderson DVM graduated veterinary school from Washington State University in 2003 Magna Cum Laude. She worked in mixed practice in Wyoming before settling in Teton Valley. Maura loves working on all types of animals. In addition to dogs, cats, horses, and cattle, Maura also enjoys camelids, goats, exotic pets, and any opportunity to help on wildlife projects. She has been part of the Victor Vet team since 2010. In the spring of 2017 Dr. Maura Connolly Anderson bought Victor Veterinary Hospital, continuing a legacy of professional work.

When not working on animals, Maura can usually be found in the mountains with her dogs Tyler the border heeler and Pika the mountain chihuahua as well as her two young children and husband Shane.

Chrissy Green
Certified Veterinary Technician

Chrissy came to us from the “Northwoods!” She grew up in a small town in northern Wisconsin (A LOT like Driggs!) She graduated from Madison Area Technical College with an Associates degree in Animal Science in May 2009.

Chrissy has been working at Victor Vet since June 2009. She, her husband, Josh, and their two young children, Ethan and Dylan, share their home with two dogs. Toby the Beagle and Grace the Golden Retriever.

In her spare time Chrissy enjoys horseback riding, camping and floating the river.

Aska Langman
Practice Manager & Veterinary Assistant

Aska is our resident cat-lady and animal rescuer. She moved to Victor from New York, New York (yes, the big city) by way of Burlington, VT where she received her B.S in Animal Science. Aska can generally be found with a box of baby kittens that she is bottle raising or with a foster dog or two by her side.

Aska began her Vet-Teching in South Africa where she worked in wildlife conservation with lions, elephants and buffalo. Due to the lack of large, exotic African species in Victor, ID Aska spends her free-time training her pot-bellied pigs, singing to her chickens, hiking in the mountains with her dogs. Aska is also a voracious eater who enjoys cooking as much as she enjoys raising baby kittens.

Aska spends her free-time taking lesurely walks with her pigs and yodeling with her goats.

Karen Barnett
Front Office Manager

Karen spends most of her time managing our front desk with a little technician work on the side. She attributes her love of animal care with growing up in a home full of orphaned wild animals. She also trained and showed Arabian horses professionally for several years following college.

With a degree in Biology, Karen pursued a career in natural resources, starting with the Bridger-Teton National Forest and culminating with ten years as a regional biologist with the Bureau of Reclamation in Salt Lake City. There, she focused on recovery of sensitive and endangered species and riparian restoration research. Desiring to return to the Greater Yellowstone region and spend more time with her young son, she “retired” from her career and settled in Teton Valley in 2007.

Karen spends as much time as possible camping, paddling, berry picking, and botanizing with her son and anyone else they can drag along.

Grace Drummond
Veterinary Assistant

Originally from Maine, Grace joined the Victor Veterinary team in July 2014. Grace received her B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Vermont in 2012. During that time, she spend three years working in the Intensive Care Unit at Vermont Large Animal Clinic.

Grace has been exploring the West for the past two years, first in Montana working at Bridger Veterinary Clinic and then in Wyoming calving 950 head of cows while working full time as a vet tech. She is now happily exploring the hills of Teton Valley with her sidekicks, Pony the horse, and Mya the pup.

Grace can usually be found on either her skis, her mountain bike, or her “pony” while dreaming about building her “tiny home” on wheels.

Becky Hilditch
Front Desk

Becky Hilditch is our latest addition to the hospital and works at the front desk. She grew up in Catskill, NY (upstate) and always had horses, dogs, cats and a few cows here and there. She attended the University of Connecticut and received a B.S. in Early Childhood Education. The summer before her senior year, she was hired as a wrangler on a dude ranch in Dubois, WY and fell in love with the west! After a short stint in the bay area, she realized she was not a city girl and moved to Jackson, WY. She has been in the area for 15 years now, and lives in Driggs with her husband and their 2 children Ida and TJ.

When not at the hospital, you can usually find her in her leather shop where she also makes custom cowboy boots and other leather goods. She also stays busy with her horses “Jazz” and “Lil”, new puppy “Dandelion”, numerous chickens and a barn cat “Precious”.
